FAQ
Clear answers for research before a database search.
What can be verified from LoloBuy’s public homepage?
At the time this guide was checked, the homepage accepted a product link or product name and showed Taobao, Weidian and 1688 examples. It also described a sequence of order payment, warehouse quality-inspection pictures and parcel submission. These are public workflow descriptions, not a promise that every item can be purchased or delivered.
What does the shipping estimator actually require?
The public estimator asks for destination country or region, weight in grams, an end category, and length, width and height. Its reminder says available routes are displayed after the destination is selected. Use the real parcel information and read the current route conditions before making a payment decision.
Do quality-inspection pictures guarantee the item is correct?
No. The site describes inspection pictures and checks of visible details such as size and colour. Pictures can help you compare the received item with your saved listing record, but they do not prove authenticity, completeness, future performance or suitability.
Can I assume a listed product price is the final total?
No. The platform’s public flow separates product payment from the later international-parcel process. Destination, route, weight, dimensions, category and current terms can matter, so a listing screenshot is not a delivered-total quote.
Does this site promise shipping speed, customs clearance or refunds?
No. This independent research site does not make those promises. Verify the current service terms, carrier conditions and destination rules for the particular order and parcel.
Why is this guide independent?
It is not an official LoloBuy page, does not process orders and has no access to a shopper’s account or parcel data. It turns public workflow information into a buyer checklist and sends product discovery only to FindSpreadsheet.
